What is Direct Primary Care?

Direct primary care offers you enhanced access to your medical provider (me!) in a collaborative relationship that tailors care to your unique needs. Patients pay a membership fee to transcend the limitations imposed by insurance companies, and in return their provider limits the number of members so that a higher level of care can be maintained.

What is the “Plus” for?

Traditional primary care settings rarely offer a fully individualized approach to hormone support due to time constraints, knowledge gaps, or both. At All Y’all we understand that hormone optimization is vital to living your best life. That’s why we offer primary care plus hormone therapy that makes sense for you.

Pricing

$150/mo

Includes:

All visits, for any reason.

Direct contact with your provider.

Annual lab panel.

Additional labs performed at cost, with quote provided upfront.

The minimum commitment is 4 months, and you may cancel any time after that via email.

The contract term is 12 months, with auto-renewal at the end of the term unless canceled during the renewal window.

At the time of sign up you will have the option to pay for the year and get one month free. That’s a one-time payment of $1650, rather than paying $150 per month totaling $1800 for 12 months.
