With your membership to All Y’all Primary Care Plus, you get to communicate directly with your provider via phone, text, or email.
Membership also includes your annual wellness visit with a standard lab panel, as well as any follow-up visits and sick visits
Visits are allotted 30-60 minutes, unless you need to get out of here quicker
No co-pays to discourage you from being seen when you need or want care

Why Primary Care “Plus”? The plus is for things that I believe should be a part of every primary care experience—but often aren’t.
I believe that enthusiastic hormone support belongs in primary care, as it plays a huge role in affirming who you are at your core. This may be in service of your gender journey, or as you experience expected transitions in hormone levels across your lifespan. Whatever the case, I am here to partner with you in feeling your best.
